We Interrupt This Blog. . .

Dear Ones,

We interrupt this blog for a short period while I prepare for the upcoming weekend visit from a dear friend of over 40 years.

This is only a brief interruption as I dress the guest room. . .

freshen the guest bath. . .

and set a festive table.

Please standby, as I promise to return in a timely manner.

Until next time. . .

Have a fun time with your guest! I doubt I will be able to make to MC next week, Thursdays I do Meals On Wheels...maybe next time you are in the area we can get together.

You sound like the hoestess with the mostess! That bed looks like the comfiest in the world. I'd love to just curl up there with a good book and a hot water bottle. ;-)

I hope you have the best time with your friend - there's nothing quite like a good catch-up with an old friend, is there?
